Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Corpys, we are committed to delivering high-quality company formation, compliance, bookkeeping, and banking services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to ensure a fair and transparent refund process for all our clients.

2. Refund Eligibility

Before Government Filing

If your company formation application has not yet been submitted to the relevant government registry, you are eligible for a full refund of Corpys service fees. This applies when the incorporation process is still in the document preparation stage.

After Government Filing

Once your application has been submitted to a government registry (e.g., Companies Registry Hong Kong, Companies House UK, ACRA Singapore, or a US state registry), refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. A partial refund may be issued for the unused portion of our service fees, minus any work already completed.

Completed Incorporations

After a company has been successfully incorporated and certificates issued, Corpys service fees are non-refundable, as the service has been fully delivered.

3. Government Fees

Government filing fees, registry charges, and any fees paid directly to regulatory authorities on your behalf are non-refundable. These fees are collected by government agencies and cannot be recovered by Corpys. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Company registration fees
  • Business licence fees
  • Name reservation fees
  • Annual return filing fees
  • Certified document fees

4. Subscription Services

For ongoing subscription services such as compliance monitoring and bookkeeping, you may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Your service continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • No refunds are issued for the remaining days of a partially used billing period.
  • Any annual subscriptions paid in advance may receive a pro-rated refund for unused full months, minus a 10% early termination fee.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at hello@corpys.com within 30 days of your purchase. Include the following in your request:

  • Your full name and email address associated with your account
  • The service or order you would like refunded
  • The reason for your refund request

6. Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
